Randy Crisorio – President & CEO
Born in Chicago, Randy began his automotive career in 1973 at a storied Chevrolet dealership immediately following his service in the Marine Corps. After nearly 10 years of rising through the dealership and F&I company ranks, he drew upon his experience to form UDS, an F&I Performance company.

Paul Schultz – VP of Field Services
A seasoned veteran with more than 30 years of industry exprience, Paul has performed in various automotive positions. With 20 years of experience at UDS, Paul is responsible for the overall F&I performance of all UDS Partner’s by coordinating staff training and development efforts per client needs.
John Tabar – Director of Training
John has spent the past 30+ years dedicated to the automtive retail business. As a trainer for a Fortune 300 insurance company, he’s trained and developed dealership personnel throughout the United States. Today, John directs all training programs for UDS – ranked 13 consecutive years as the top F&I Training provider and top Compliance training provider.
