Randy Crisorio – President & CEO
Born in Chicago, Randy began his automotive career in 1973 at a storied Chevrolet dealership immediately following his service in the Marine Corps. After nearly 10 years of rising through the dealership and F&I company ranks, he drew upon his experience to form UDS, an F&I Performance company.

Jeff Crisorio – Vice President
A veteran with nearly 25 years of industry experience, all on the F&I agency side with focus on Dealer Partner growth and performance gains. Since graduating from St. Petersburg College, Jeff’s responsibilities within UDS have grown from dealer partner acquisition focus, to coaching and development responsibilities over dozens of rooftops, and now leading the UDS sales force.

John has spent the past 30+ years dedicated to the automtive retail business. As a trainer for a Fortune 300 insurance company, he’s trained and developed dealership personnel throughout the United States. A seasoned veteran of over 10 years, Amanda began her retail automotive career in Colorado. Throughout her career, Amanda has excelled in various retail positions including sales, sales management and F&I. Recruited by UDS, Amanda came to Florida to begin her career on the training and development side.
